One of the main questions wine sales reps get at tastings is: "What's your favorite kind of wine?" If you've met our resident Sommelier Matt, you probably know that the answer is bubbles. Champagne ideally, but unfortunately that's not always in the budget. While sparkling wines tend to be saved for celebrations, there's never a bad time to drink something bubbly. What better way to enjoy a (presumably) cold December Tuesday evening than with some delicious bubbles?

We're so excited to be participating in this year's Village Lights and getting in the holiday spirit of German Village!

Join us at The Kitchen any time between 4-9PM to warm up with a drink, share a light bite, or satisfy your sweet tooth. Valpolicella (north of Verona, just east of Lake Garda, in Northeast Italy), is one of Italy's more famous wine regions. This month, we're thrilled to have Tiziano Accordini, the 3rd generation of the Accordini family to farm the land and make wines. Tiziano's father, Stefano, founded the company in the early 1970s, on land that his father, Gaetano began working in the early 1900s. We'll be tasting through 5 wines from the Stefano Accordini lineup, and learning a bit more about one of Italy's more prestigious wine regions.

Sommelier Matt Connor of EDV Wines will guide you through a lighthearted (and lightly educational) tasting experience, complete with colorful commentary and perfectly paired wines. Your job is to dice, sauté, bake and make new friends until it's time to sit back and enjoy a four course fine dining experience. After all, there's nothing like a fresh, chilled wine to wash down the dog days of summer!

Get relaxed and cozy with your partner for our annual Thai Yoga Massage Workshop & Brunch. This is the perfect post-Valentine's Day experience or present for your loved one!

Certified Thai Yoga Massage instructor Charles Gibson will lead you and your partner through this unique workshop, during which you will learn the history and fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage. Thai Yoga Massage helps increase flexibility, relieves stress, and gives a greater awareness of the body and mind. Techniques used will work from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet. We will use our hands, elbows, feet, and knees to connect with our partners with love and kindness. Immediately following the session, a healthy brunch will be served to relax and enjoy with your partner.
