• Customer Relationship Management & Payments (Square): We use Square to manage our customer database (CRM) and process payments. This includes your purchase history, contact information, and payment card data (which is encrypted and processed securely by Square).

• Website Analytics (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics to collect “Usage Data” such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time spent on our site. This helps us understand how guests interact with our brand.

• Marketing Preferences: If you opt-in to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send updates about our Participatory Dining Experiences and public events.
