ALL SET UP
Our team stocks your prep station with everything you need for the perfect meal: easy to read recipes, pre-measured ingredients, utensils and cooking equipment.

1. Ready, SET, COOK
Now that we’ve covered the details, what station will you choose? Find the recipe that best fit your comfort level and start cooking!
2. CHOP, DICE, SAUTÉ
There is something for everyone to do. Every job is important. We value all contributions including those on Team Bar!
3. BE A MIXOLOGIST
For select menus, we have a perfectly paired cocktail course. This hands-on experience let’s you make your own Negroni or French 75.
4. IT’S ALMOST TIME
Once each recipe is finished, the staff will take over plating and serving. Guests will then have time to mingle and freshen cocktails before sitting down to dinner.
5. DINNER IS SERVED
After working hard to prepare each recipe, The Kitchen's service team treats guests to an upscale dining experience.
